Founded by mining engineer Elgin Gölpek, HLN Mining and Consulting brings together mineral trading, production and project development under one roof in İzmir, Türkiye — a natural gateway between Anatolian mineral wealth and world markets. The company buys and sells chrome, copper, iron and other minerals and metals internationally, and develops mining projects from licence and exploration into production — judging every cargo and every project with the eye of an engineer who knows the field, the ore and the licence behind it.
Import and export of chrome ore, copper, iron ore and other minerals and metals — sourcing, quality control, contracting and delivery, end to end.
Ferrous and non-ferrous scrap trading, including copper and iron & steel scrap, connecting supply in Türkiye and abroad with mills and foundries worldwide.
Independent consultancy on mine sites, mining licences and project development — from first evaluation to operation-ready.
Geological research, site investigation and resource evaluation that turn ground into bankable mining projects.
Traded and handled by HLN, as principal and as consultant:
Site selection, field evaluation and operational assessment of producing and prospective mines.
Licence research, status and risk review, acquisition support and regulatory guidance in Türkiye.
Research programmes, sampling coordination and reporting that de-risk investment decisions.
Quality and quantity control, inspection coordination and documentation for international shipments.
Elgin Gölpek is a mining engineer who has traded chrome, copper and iron internationally and advised on mine sites, licences and exploration across Türkiye. HLN is built on his field experience: every cargo and every project is judged first as an engineer, then as a trader.
